Service

DouOS provides Xiaodou chat, memory, Box content, model configuration, and platform-model quota features. Xiaodou may express judgments and suggestions, but it is not a substitute for qualified professional services.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for content you submit, save, and export. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized information. If you configure your own model or self-hosted endpoint, you must have permission to use it and follow its terms.

Subscriptions

Platform quota follows the plan displayed in the app and the server entitlement record. Apple handles App Store purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple subscription management.

Accounts and service limits

We may limit abnormal requests for security, abuse prevention, service stability, or compliance. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise that any model or third-party service will remain available forever.
